my father just recently passed away on july 6, 2001. i was told bye my father that he had a life insurance policy waiting for me at his work, if some thing was to happen to him. the problem is he sued his work, he got hurt on the job. now I am afraid because we his children should be getting the law suit any day now, and if his work finds out that he had passed they may stop the suit. how can i go around his work to get the life insurance policy?
