You don't. There's no such thing as putting you on a deed. Real estate titles is not like some sort of club membership, nor necessarily good estate planning. Each deed conveys some ownership rights from one person to another. If grandmother wants to give you all or part ownership in the house, she should consult an attorney who can explain to her why that may not be a good idea and if she insists, prepare and file the deed. If grandmother doesn't want to unconditionally give you ownership of all or part of her house, she should not deed anything.
