How do you prove that mom has graduated college? Dad paid to have her attend college while they were married. Mom was roughly 2 classes away from graduation when the divorce was final 5 years ago. Mom had the MGIB which paid for a large portion of her college education and mom is not the type to pass up money. I go to school using my MGIB and it pays me roughly 1000 a month. We are pretty certain that mom has finished her education and just not taken the certification test. Chances are good that she might have taken the test as it is. Mom lies a lot under oath and this is not something that she will openly admit to in court. How do we prove these things in order to have her assigned a higher income?

Do you know where she would have graduated from? They will have a list of all graduating students from each year.

Q: How do you prove that mom has graduated college?

A: Produce a certified copy (or the original) of her diploma or school records showing this.

Well, do you know the area she lived in when she went to school? It may come down to you just having some investigation of your own. There cannot be TOO many schools in her area that she could have gone to. I would start looking online at the schools in her area, and most of the time you can find lists of who was in those graduating classes.

where did dad send money?
WE could get the documents from there but I just ran into something that doesn't really make sense to me... I put in moms potential income if she has the degree and it actually caused my husband to pay more a month. Why is that?
