What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
I was sued for a cc debt, a default judgement was entered and a levy of all the monies in my bank account occured. The bank still has the money and I have filed for the judgement to be set aside since I never was served or gotten notice of the case. The judge has not decided on my motion, the bank still has the money, can the collection agency do another levy or a garnishment while my motion has yet to be decided?

If a judge has not decided that the judgement is not valid then, I would have to say that a levy can take place again.
