My Ex is losing his job and has not told me yet. He holds the second mortgage to my home. The courts hold him legally responsible and it is NOT dischargable in bankruptcy court. If he loses his job and just stops paying on this bill, even though the court says I'm not responsible the finance company says I am. What do I do now?
