How effective are disciplinary boards?

Aloha again, just wondering if there are any Lawyers out there who know ( or feel ) how effective communicating frivilous law suits by attorneys to your local Disciplinary board is ?? i feel that I can end up on the victorius side of the Arbitration I am involved in, but I do not want to persue another suit aginst the other side. i would rather take him and his okole ( BUTT ) to the Dis. Board and hope that they will either repremand him or sanction? him. Any way, the time lag in the Islands seems to work against me ... Aloha .. best to all of you...
