How Far Back can I dispute a cell Phone Bill?

just found out Verizon Wireless been overcharging me ...
I want them to review all bills and overpayment and refund but will need to know how far back could i dispute my bills

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their bill every month. I would say that they may reverse one, possibly two months for you as a courtsey.

When the contract is up for renewal, they will probably reverse many more months to keep a customer.
