how far will check care go?

I bounced 3 checks and check care systems in Orlando Florida is calling me. It has been a month and they have said i have until the end of the month. I'm so scared they are gonna try a judgement. I'm gonna pay them back ,but they keep saying it's all or none. How far will they go? what can they do, the check was around 1800.00

Of course, no one can tell you how 'far they will go' to try to collect. It could range from doing nothing (unlikely) all the way up to getting a judgment and/or filing criminal charges against you.

If that is just ONE of the checks, you have a serious problem, as it is likely that they will aggressively pursue a 'bad check' claim that large.

It's all three of the checks. they sound so aggressive. I just want to know I have a few months to pay this off. Just wondering if you have heard of check care systems regular policy from any one else?

I doubt that you will have that long to pay. If you read the statutes, they give you 30 days from receipt of the notice.

Absolutely. The belief that "I'm making payments so that can't take any action' is not true. The minute that you don't pay as provided by the law, they can take action. And in this case, they can file a civil lawsuit against you AND file a criminal complaint with the police.
