FreeAdvice had a patent attorney posting to this forum for a long time. He has a very impressive educational background.

If you have the time, you should look up "divgradcurl" and read his posts, especially those in this section of the forum. divgradcurl had a real talent for taking the complex and making it sound simple.

His postings are missed.

Even the delivery system has to be disclosed and approved. It will be available for others to make as a generic when the patent/exclusivity period ends.
Again the fact that it is a drug adds another layer of legal complexity to the already complex patent issue.

Or available if the patent holder grants a license.
