How long after discharge before case closed?

What is the name of your state?Colorado
How long before it is over? And I still have never heard from the trustee if he wants my 2004 tax return. It was discharged March 2, 2005 I filled in Nov 04
Should'nt he let me know soon. The deadline to file income tax is getting close.

If the Trustee had wanted your tax refund, you'd have known about it long before now - he/she probably would have mentioned it in your 341 meeting.

It can take a few weeks for the Trustee to actually close your case after discharge. I suspect it has more to do with his/her case load than anything else (in most cases).
