A motion was filed in an Ohio court (motion to expunge a criminal record). Is there some rule that says a judge must review and/or rule on the motion in a certain amount of time, or can he literally take as long as he wants?

Hmmm, well that doesn't seem right, now does it? If that's the case, is there anything that can be done to get them to speed it up? What would a high priced attorney do to get his client's motion to the top of the list?
