How Long Does It Take the OCDA to prosecute?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA. Orange
ID Theft /Credit Card charges (fraud) They have all the evidence. What happens to the guilty partys?
It was reopened 7-8-10. They have made my life a living hell. I hope they get jailtime.

They are currently backlog. Per my conversation with the DA. However they will pursue the matter. They have my full cooperation.
It is just matter of time.
