As my name states, I have been representing myself for the last 9 months. On Aug 13, 2001, my ex husband took me back to Court to try to Modify visitation. (The trial for custody and visitation was just last April) Their motion was denied. My ex (during the trial) was allowed to enroll our son in "primarily social activities such as Baseball, Cub Scouts, and summer Day camps when he has visitation." Question #1. Is enrolling him in a day care facility a "social activity" (he is 10 years old). And on the subject of the Modification of custody hearing..... I was ordered to prepare the "Findings after the Hearing Orders" His Attorney refused to sign stating that it was full of inconsistencies and that she would order a transcript. I did not hear from her again within the time limit and I submitted the order to the judge with a letter telling him this. That was on the 23rd of Aug. I have not heard anything from anyone yet. I have called the Court House and they say keep checking back. Is this unusual? What happens now? Do I have to submit anything else?
