We have sent two letters to the property managers office listing the problems with the house. In the first letter we gave them 2 weeks to respond and heard nothing. I then sent them another letter and gave them 48 hours to respond. We still haven't heard anything. What is our next step towards constructive eviction?? We have notified the property manager since Sept of this year about the problems with this house. It was all done verbally and now we have put it in writing. We have serious safety issues here and need some help. Thanks
