What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
Hi - It's been a while since I last posted. I wish I could say everything's all figured out and me and ex are doing things per agreement but I can't.
I am wondering how long it takes for the court to make a judgment. This has to do with contempt on a contempt regarding failure to reimburse me per SPP. We were in court early February and since then there has been no communication from the court.
What is proper as far as contacting the court? I am pro se. Can I contact the court? If so, do I need to do it in a formal manner (e.g.; some court document) Or can I just call to ask for an update? If I call, can I ask if there is any additional information the court needs to help it come to a decision?
Any comments/suggestion welcome. - thx! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
