How long for discharge?

What is the name of your state? Arizona.

How long after the Creditors last date to object does it take to receive a discharge?

Also, can a debtor call the bankruptcy court clerk to ask if there has been a final discharge on their case or do you have to go through Pacer to obtain that information?

Once the 60 days to object is over, the discharge should be granted pretty quickly. How long it takes the court to actually mail you your discharge notice is another matter. Could depend on workload, but I believe most people get it within 2 weeks.

The BK court clerk should be able to tell you whether or not the discharge has been granted.
