Can someone tell me how long someone will be in jail for the following charges: in the 1st county 
ossession of a small amount, endangering the welfare of a minor, a speeding ticket that was never paid, a $650 bad check, retail theft and 7 more bad checks. When she was busted, they were able to charge her with the rest of her offenses. She has been in this counties jail since Sept. after 2 weeks there she was extradicted to another counties jail to face charges. (Uncertain what they were) She spent a few weeks there and then came back.
There is also a retainer on her to goto a different counties jail as soon as she gets out for: 18 bad checks, and not paying 3 fines. As far as I know she had a clean record. She had some PFAS on some boyfriends but thats about all. She was busted w/heroin and pot, and she was openly shooting up in front of her 8 yr old Daughter. Any ideas? This is in Pennsylvania. Also would it be a lesser sentence if she narcs out?
