In the state of Illinois my brother was convicted of a felon for DUI. He done his time in prison over five years ago. How long is a person considered a felon? How long does this stay on a persons record? Can the felony be expunged from his record?

Once it is on, it is on forever. Sorry. Good luck on expungment. Remember the A in "The Scarlet Letter"? You wear an "F" the rest of one's life.

If you lie on a job application, you can get fired. A felony is a felony. I didn't make the rules, I just am aware of them.

There's a guy in Washington who lives in a
white house who can take care of it. Helps
to come up with a big cash donation. Living
in America--gotta love it.
