How long does a divorce take to finalize? I read an article by South Denver Law but was not able to find any information on the average time duration of this process.(Colorado)

It depends...The minimum is ~91 days from most sources I'm seeing online. I doubt there is any sort of easily definable "average".

It all depends on how much agreement there is between the parties. If there is little agreement and major hostility, the process can take years, if there is total agreement and no hostility, then the process can take as little as 91 days as Zigner posted. There is no set amount of time that one can count on.
