California: In 1980 an easement RESERVING a 60' ingress/egress was recorded on a Gift Deed for property I now own. In 1988 the the property was Gift Deeded back to the original owner and the "RESERVING" easement was not mentioned, nor has it been recorded in any deed since 1980. The property has changed hands 4 times since 1988. Is this easement still in effect?
