The is going to be a sheriff's sale on my mothers house in a few days and I need to know how long after that does she have to vacate?? This is happening in Pennsylvania. If you don't have an answer atleast point me in the direction of where to find it.

**A: you need to ask the sheriff, Trustee or whoever is in charge of selling the property by Court order.
