Another car backed into mine in a parking lot. I hit my knee on the console and now have what the doctor calls a undisplaced fracture in the fibula. I have been paying out of pocket for the medical bills. I have no medical insurance.
The other guys insurance only wants to pay for my medical bills, am I entitled to pain and suffering? I am a self employed beautician and stand all day.

My response:

If Arizona is NOT a no fault State, then yes, you are entitled to your pain and suffering. With a broken bone, your case has a much greater value than the typical soft tissue (sprained neck and back) type injury. In order to maximize your recovery, it would be worthwhile for you to have a consultation with an attorney. In personal injury type cases, like yours, the initial consultation is usually free of charge.
