This has happened in Virginia. My girfriend has an eye disorder in which she looks normal but she has no side vision, that is if she is looking right at you she can see you but if your standing at her side you might as well not be there. This also gose for the lower and upper vision too. Just basicly she has tunel vision all the time. This is where the problems start. There has been two incidentes at which people at her work have sad things about her not see people that where right around her and then they laughed right in front of her face. Not to mention this has caused alot of emotional stress but my qusetion is what harassment law dose this come under and how many times dose it have to happen to make a case about it? Also what kind of documentation needs to be done?
