Arkansas-I am still waiting for a hearing date to go before the judge on my disability case.I work part time to pay medical bills.I have numerous health problems and can't even get life insurance. Vascular and Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome also known as type 3 and type 4 EDS, along with Osteomalacia, degenerative disc disease, Non-sustained Ventricular Tachycardia,Near Syncope, cyclic Arthritis, sleep apnea, mitral-valve prolapse, blue sclerea with eye sights of 20/200 and 20/400, and i can go on but those are the major points.I need expensive medical procedures ie. pacemaker,EP Study,Ablation,Heart MRI, sleep study, bone density test. But i can not afford to get them done.In Jan 2009 my Electro-physiologist gave me a year to find a way to get the heart procedures done. My time is almost up.My medicine is not working to keep my pulse low anymore My pulse at rest is between 100 to 148.It helps my BP 100/55.They cant increase it anymore b/c my BP will bottom out. My joints hurt alot and I fall down the steps quite often, my back goes out if i cough or sneeze wrong causing herniated disc everytime.I have had a lawyer from day 1 and have had two senators write letters on my behalf.I can't figure out how or if it is possible to speed things up.My lawyer said it may take another 5 months before the judge will even have the file in his hands to make a court date? I just want to know HOW i can speed things up.I also was denied medicaid as well, I only make 700 a month and i pay 400 child support and 600 in medical bills. My husband makes 1400. We have two household and dont live together because of our jobs. I dont eat much sometimes not at all during the week until my kids are here for three days.I save the food for them.I have went from 156lbs in april to 129 lbs currently in november. Does anyone know of any other ideas?I'm losing it and my job isn't making it any easier.I have always been strong i walked for two months with 3pinched nerves and two ruptured disc and an anulus tear, And never missed a day of work.Hurt like heck but I'm not a crier. And I refuse to take pain meds( I believe pain is your body telling you to stop or you'll hurt yourself more)The doctor was shocked i was walking. I told him I can overcome anything but now It's getting to be too much. Please help
