What is the name of your state? NC/OR/ID
How much of a hiccup will it be in getting a modified b.c. from the state of Oregon if the order to modify it was slightly "damaged" by a rambunctious 2 year old? My son got ahold of the second page of the order to modfiy the b.c. and it ended up in three pieces which were very easily put back together and were it not for the tape you wouldn't know it had been ripped but I am wondering if the state of Oregon's Vital Records office will be able to accept that order and issue the modified b.c. because of the damage to page 2..........getting a new copy of the order will take a while as it was issued in Idaho and I am now in NC so I am thinking I will send the order I have and go from there if it is rejected but wondered what my chances are........anyone?
