I was arrested a year ago, for possession w/
intent. I had four X tabs. I just recently got charged (indited), I have been arrested before for DUI and public drunk. Since my arrest, I have completely turned my life around. I have held a good job for over a year. Went back to school, and have lived on my own for almost two years. Will I be facing jail time? Will I be able to get out of this so that all of my school years aren't wasted? Should I get a lawyer, if probation is inevitable? Help!
