Without going into all of the details, I will just sum up my problem/question.
I have been unemployed since the end of Jan. I recently obtain employment and will start 6/6. I have not paid May's rent. On 5/12 I was first served with a "Notice To Leave Premises" document that only gave me 3 days to vacate. Then I was served with a "Complaint In Forcible Entry & Detainer" which was filed thru the county court system (Ohio)and was stamped by the clerk on 5/24, for which I received a couple of days after that. Now a court date is set for June 13.

Could you please tell me what will happen during this court hearing and also how long I will have to get vacate the apartment?

Thank you in advance for your time.

If you have the rent, try to work it out with the landlord before it is heard in court.
