I am in Pa. My brother was just sentenced to 24-48 months in jail. He already served 9 months awaiting trial. My question is how soon will he be eligible for parole? Does he need to serve the full 24 months less the 9 months or will he be able to get out earlier with good behavior or any thing else. Please help. Thanks

i dont know if it helps but my son broke his probation and he is sitting in prison for the next 5 years.the time he spent in jail didnt go to his parole, thay went by the day he went to the prisom.
