I received three citations on one day a while ago. I was totally guilty of 2 and I believe I checked the guilty box when I mailed in that stub thing. For the third one, I’m close to not guilty so I plead that way. The paperwork from the court has me pleading not guilty on all three. should I try to change my plea on the two or is it in my best interest to leave it alone?

Not guilty pleas on all three will take up a lot of the court's time. You're more likely to be offered a plea bargain if you go in with three Not Guilty pleas.

Of course, that might not work if they have your stubs when you get to court.

Citations for what? Be specific regarding what statutes you have been charged with violating.

"Stub thing"?

What does that mean?

Your post doesn't provide nearly enough information for anyone to offer an informed response.
