Problem is simply complex: Still married but want to become free of Husbands debt he has encountered both before we married and since? How do I become free from his debt - i DO NOT want to be legally responsbile! Please help if you can. . .

I think that his debts prior to your marriage are his responsbility, but debts created during your marriage are half yours and his.
