What is the name of your state? Ohio
I was told that I needed to change the deed to my home to remove it from my revocable trust that I hade made up about 3/4 years ago. ( That > would remove it from my trust)
Okay all you legal wizzards out there how do I do this (MYSELF) <<<<<<<<<

Notice I said (MYSELF)<<<<<<<<<< And I am not educated in the LAW of Trusts.
I am really sorry I had this trust made, everytime you want to change anything it costs you $1000.00 bucks. (Nice job protection for the legal people) But sure hurts my wallet<grin>.

No really ! This trust thing is a pain, I would like to disolve the whole thing but when I ask a question I get more questions that relate to hiring an attorney! Shoot I must have lost close to 3000.00 just getting the darn thing.
I am at the point that (Probate does not sound bad (give the State back a little when I am dead)

I sure hope you are consulting with an accountant/attorney.

If the property is now owned by a trust, the trustee(s) must be the one(s) to convey, in accordance with the terms of the trust.
