What is the name of your state?TN. I talked to my children this past Saturday and they told me that they were playing a game called "run away." I asked them to explain the game and they told me that they were pretending to run away from home. I explained to them that was not a good game to play. Then they both told me that they really wanted to run away from home because they did not like it in South Carolina and that they wanted to come back to Tennessee. I was in shock to hear this. Granted I am working with my attorney on filing some motions against my ex husband anyway, but should I tell my attorney this? I don't want their father to think that I put them up to saying that. I also don't want our children to get in to trouble for saying this if their stepmom heard them say that. How do I go about handling this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

stealth2-thanks. I will mention it to my attorney. It bothers me to hear my children saying that they want to run away because they are not happy where they are at. I don't know if my ex even really knows how unhappy they are. He said that they were fine with the move but I don't know if he really sat down and talked to them or if he just told them we are moving and you are coming.
