I live in California and filed for Bankruptcy in chapter 7. I have a car that I owed on and included it in the bankruptcy it is a old car (89) and when my wife called to tell the bank to come and get it they asked if it was in good condition, it is not and my wife told them so. Now the case has been discharged and they still have not come and got it. We have called twice for them to come and get but they seem in no real hurry to do it. The bank is in another state and I don't have the money to ship it (not that they have asked) but I would like to get it out of my yard and I have no idea of what to do. If they never come and get it then what?
