massachusettes.i got judgement that i pay my tenant $1,950.00 for the use of my apartment which was not fixed while she rented. that amount covered three months rent @675.00 each month i did not take from her. what can i do now to have her get out of the apartment.the end of may will be 4 months on june 1.

I've read your post and can't believe what I think I'm reading.

Are you saying that your tenant suied you and won 3 months refund of rent, that they never paid in the first place, because you did not fix something that was wrong with the house?

Forgive me if I miss read you, but that sounds like a nightmare.
