I was involved a small accident. His fault and he admitted to pay me because, he said, it was his company's car and he didn't want to lose job. I only have his driver's license information and phone number.(and the car's model and color)
Now he doesn't pick my phone. My own insurance company said they couldn't help me unless I have another car's information(plate number, owner or inc company...) even though they had found he has his own car insured.
So how can I get information of another car, from police or court? How can I do it?
