Hello i have a question and hope you can help me out.
My husband was born and raised in germany but in 2006 he got his american citizienship thru his father whos was an american. (he died when my husband was 6)
In January 2007 my Husband came to the USA to work here and in march 07 our son and i came to visit him. after 3 Month we decided to get married and now im here since one year!! what can i do to stay legally in the states and is there a possibility that they could send me back to germany? we live in texas

Yes, you could be sent back to Germany. You need to get your status legal, and soon. If you leave the US now, without a Green Card, you will be banned from returning for three years. If you wait much longer, the ban will be for 10 years.
