How to get a property lien?

We sold a house about 3 years ago; but the outside deck and hot tub were not included. A separate loan agreement was taken out between us and the buyers. They have only made about 4 payments in the last 3 years. How do we put a lien against the property so we can get our money if they try and sell it?

That was silly to sell it that way. Foreclose on the property or sue.
