How to get a subpoena duces tecum in TEXAS TWC

is getting a subpoena duces tecum the same for the TWC as it is for civil or family law? were do i send the aplication to? the county court or the TWC and what dose the application need to have?

employment history, write ups or letter saying there isnt any, code of conduct, any papers signed by me, any copys of notices givin to me

Those are company documents, not Texas Workforce Commission documents. The subpoena would be filed to the company, not the TWC. However, I am not an attorney, so I do not know the legal procedure. I'm sure one will be along soon.
