How to get divorced after signing MSA for legal seperation

Filed for Divorce in CA, signed MSA for legal seperation as I'm a H1B visa holder and my spouse and children are H4 (dependant) visas, going thru residency process with my company, currently everyone lives in Nevada.

I have since meet someone and wish to push thru divorce to allow me to re-marry, can I push do this.

Sure; you just need to tell your lawyer you want a divorce now.

Sure; you just need to tell your lawyer you want a divorce now.

However, I would strongly recommend having a discussion with your immigration attorney first....you may be complicating your life enormously as far as the immigration issues are concerned.
