How do I divorce someone that I have been married to for 13 years, but left me and two kids 11 years ago and we have'nt seen him or heard from him since? We have heard that he lives in burbank, California with his sister. Which is only 45 minutes away from us, but who really knows. I can't afford the high costs of an attorney. How can I do this as cheap as possible and where do I start?
