What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

1. Me and my wife are on the lease as tenants.
2. I want to leave the house.
3. She has no money to pay for the rent but does not want to leave the house.

How can I leave now without hurting my credit history?

**A: you can leave at any time but need to pay the rent as usual during the tenancy period to protect your credit.
