The same situation was posed recently on another thread. Presuming she has a deed of record for the land, she now "owns" the house as well.

If it is a mobile home, she needs a "title" as it considered a vehicle. If it was ground-ip construction, she should make sure she has all the lien waivers and contractors affidavits
