My mother is trying to get her partner to settle 50% of the property and business that they opend he has forced her out of the management of the business and has made every thing difficult she has little information about the operation of the business the past year and a half and the Cort has asked her to purpose a settlement my question is what information will she need to successfully propose a settlement to the judge and aether force her partner to sell the whole business and building or buy her 50%

Your mother never should have gone into business without knowing the possible pitfalls. What she needs to do now is hire a lawyer. Without legal direction, there's no way she can "force" anything.
