The dissolution of marriage agreement clearly states that the house belongs to me and that my ex can no longer claim any rights to the property. I refinanced the mortgage to be only in my name. However, she never signed a quit claim deed to the title 3 years go. Now, I would like to sell the property but her name is still on the title. The divorce agreement (that she signed) clearly says she has no rights to the house. Does she still need to sign a quit claim deed although her name is not on the mortgage? I have no way of finding her and she is probably in Europe now. Please help me...
