What is the name of your state? TX
I have a rent house i want to sell and would like to remove tenants first.
They are on a month to month tenency.
Any suggestions????

Google Texas Landlord Tenant law for specifics.

Give the tenants proper written notice to terminate their month to month tenancy.

If they do not move out per the notice, evict.
