How do you exponge or seal a record. My husband was found guilty of a misdemeanor. He paid a fine and severed probration. Is there a way to exponge or seal this

Yes there is a way to seal or expunge someone's record - it is governed by your state's statutes. You can proceed on your own, if you wish to do the research and prepare the documents or you can retain a criminal defense attorney who can petition the court on your husband's behalf.
