I need to know when a lease is up and you and/or the landlord must give a 60 notice to move,(according to my lease), when the notice is to be served, how is it to be served? Sent certified? Hand delivered? If hand delivered can it be given to a juvenile at the home or does it have to be given to the adult on the lease? And how can I prove it was recieved? If the person it was given to says they never recieved a notice? Thanks.

If you are worried about the recipient denying that they received the notice after it has been legally served, the smartest thing to do is to have it served by the Sherif (or whatever law enforcement agency in your area does this).
