I been deported from New York last year and I have a bar for 10 years.
I have a girlfriend and we are planing to get married , but how to set
aside 10 years bar?

I new york I was as a asylum seeker but my chase was denied and deportet
but I do not have a criminal record.

Does the marriage life the bar?

You don't!!! The 'bar' (restricting your legal entry to the US) is there for a reason. And no, you can't just get it waived.
What crime did you commit to get barred from legal entry??

Sorry, but you don't get deported and barred entry without having been convicted or suspected of a crime. More than likely.... being in our country unlawfully for one year or longer. And yes, that is a crime.

No. If you want to stay with this 'girlfriend'.... have her move to YOUR country... assuming she isn't barred from there.
