I am thinking about settling on a copyright violation. What clauses should i put there to protect myself and my privacy in the future? I am thinking these:

--they will maintain my privacy and not disclose the issue or the settlement to outside parties.
--they will not pursue legal action about the matter in the future.
--they will not report me to FBI, other institutions

WIll this cover this? I don't ever want the issue brought up to me again, so will this be fine? Can they mention my name if they sue another company and inform them of all the people who they have settled with?

Can I settle by myself for less than $1000 money, or should i hire someone to phrase the settlement words correctly?

Can I or should i try to negotiate cost of a settlement? If yes, how and what words so that they'd agree to lower it?

On another issue--i have to disclose some people's names who i bought product from. I feel bad--they'll be contacted for settlement, too. What are your thoughts on that?

Thanks in advance!
