How to sign a lease via mail??

What is the name of your state? Florida

I have a question about how to properly sign a seasonal lease agreement that is being handled thru the US mail. I have just e-mailed a lease to a tenant who will print it out, sign it, and mail it back to me. My question is: Once I receive the signed lease, do I then sign it and mail it back to the tenant - keeping a copy for myself? Or do I sign it, but only mail her a strict copy?
Or do I send her a copy that has my original signature? I'm confused. Please help.

**A: it really does not matter but my advice is to sign it and send the tenant a copy. You keep the original.

Thank you. My tenant is specifically asking for return of the original executed lease - not the copy. I'm happy to comply, as long as I don't get burned somehow. I'm totally naive when it comes to legal issues.

**A: in that case, send a copy of the lease with a note stating that your policy is too keep all originals.
